Are there any import duties or taxes?
Please note that import duties and taxes may apply for international shipments upon arrival in your destination country. These fees vary by country, and you will be responsible for the payment.
If duties and taxes are unpaid upon arrival and you have yet to receive your order, please send an email to theonevault.store@gmail.com. We will start an investigation with the shipping provider and may issue you a refund for the value of the goods paid or send a replacement item. Please be aware that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
